Ⅰ. What is a Workspace?

1. Feature Concept

Workspaces are core to Rendora, enabling project collaboration, content management, video templates, and resource sharing across a variety of scenarios.

2. Core Functions and Structure

Organize your content with a two-level approach: My Workspace (personal) and Team Workspace (for teams).

Ⅱ. Workspace Management

Within the Rendora workspace, you can manage:

1. Projects

  • Create, copy, rename, delete, share, favorite, and batch manage your projects.
  • Projects moved to the Recycle Bin can be restored or permanently deleted within a set period.

2. Videos

  • Finished, exported video files are stored in your workspace.
  • View, edit, duplicate, rename, delete, download, publish, create templates, batch manage, set custom thumbnails, and more.

3. Video Templates

  • Create new templates based on existing videos (reuse studio, avatar, shots, and elements).
  • Duplicate, rename, delete, batch manage, share, or set custom thumbnails for templates.

4. Resources

  • Manage assets like avatars, studios, materials, fonts, audio, sound effects, stickers, intros, outros, voiceovers, subtitle templates, and text templates.
  • Copy, rename, delete, and upload resources.

5. Recycle Bin

  • Temporarily holds deleted files (projects, videos, templates, resources).
  • Restore items or permanently delete them during the retention period (varies: Free: 7 days, Starter/Standard: 15 days, Team: 30 days, Enterprise: 60 days).

Ⅲ. My Workspace

Access via Home > My Workspace to view and manage your personal projects, videos, templates, resources, and recently deleted items.

1. Project Management

  • Create/edit/share/favorite/copy/rename/delete personal projects.
  • Move projects to Team Workspace for collaborative editing/sharing.
  • Batch actions and keyword filtering are supported.

2. Video Management

  • Favorite, download, share, rename, copy to Team Workspace, create templates or custom thumbnails, and batch manage/export.

3. Template Management

  • Favorite, share, preview (play), personalize (Create your Own), copy to Team Workspace, rename, delete, and filter templates.

4. Resource Management

  • Upload, copy, rename, delete materials and resources (see file formats and size limits).
  • Manage personal Avatars and studios (custom uploads not supported—contact support for custom requests).

5. Deleted Content

  • Restore or permanently delete (within retention period) any projects, videos, templates, or resources from the Recycle Bin.

Ⅳ. Team Workspace

Note: Only team accounts have access to view the Shared Workspace.

1. Team Workspace Overview

  • Found at Home > Team Workspace.
  • Stores team projects, videos, templates, and resources.

2. Admin Permissions

  • Full management capabilities: view, edit, copy, rename, delete, favorite, share, publish, and batch manage team content.
  • Brand Kit controls: set branding resources and manage brand assets.
  • Resource and template management similar to personal workflows, with added teamsharing and brand features.

3. Member Permissions

  • General members can: view, share, favorite, and copy to My Workspace, but cannot modify team originals.

4. Shared with Me

  • See all items (projects, videos, templates, resources) that other team members have shared with you.

Ⅴ. Recent Projects

Access via Home > Recent Projects to quickly find and manage your latest items:

1. Manage a Single Project

  • Hover your cursor over the upper left corner of the project card to access Share and Favorite options.
    • Favorite: Adds the selected project to your favorites. After favoriting, it will appear in “My Favorites.”
    • Share: Shares the selected project with other members of your team. Recipients will have view, edit, and share permissions for this project.
  • Hover over the upper right corner of the card to Copy to Team Workspace, Rename, or Remove from Recent Projects.
    • Copy to Team Workspace: Saves the selected project to the Team Workspace. All team members will have view, edit, and share permissions.
    • Rename: Change the name of the selected project (up to 24 characters).
    • Remove from Recent Projects: Removes the selected project from your “Recent Projects” list.
  • Click the card to enter the 3D Generation page, where you can create 3D videos.

2. Batch Actions

  • Supports copying multiple projects to the Team Workspace and removing them from [Recent Projects].

Ⅵ. My Favorites

Access via Home > My Favorites to see all items you've favorited.

1. Favorited Projects

  • Hover your cursor over the upper left corner of a project card to access Share and Favorite options.
    • Unfavorite: Remove the selected project from your favorites; it will no longer appear in “My Favorites.”
    • Share: Share the selected project with other team members. Recipients will have view, edit, and share permissions.

  • Click Batch Manage to perform the same action on multiple selected items simultaneously.
  • Enter keywords in the top right corner of the “My Favorites” page to filter your favorited projects.

2. Favorited Final Videos

  • Hover over the upper left corner of a final video card to access Unfavorite and Share.
    • Unfavorite: Removes the selected video from your favorites.
    • Share: Share the selected video with team members, who will have view, edit, and share permissions.
  • Hover over the bottom right corner to Download Video.
    • Download Video: Save the video to your local device.
  • Click the “···” at the upper right of the card for more actions: Open Project, Play Video, Save as New Project and Edit, and Create Video Template.
    • Open Project: Open the project file linked to this final video.
    • Play Video: Preview the content of this video template.
    • Save as New Project and Edit: Create a new project file identical to this one, which you can then edit.
    • Create Video Template: Create a reusable template from this video, including its scenes, characters, shots, and packaging. You can view and manage it in Video Templates.

  • Click Batch Manage to process multiple tasks at once.
  • Enter keywords in the top right corner of the “My Favorites” page to filter your favorited videos.
  • Click Clear Invalid Files below the search box to automatically remove unavailable items.

3. Favorited Video Templates

  • Hover over the upper left corner of a template card to Unfavorite or Share.
    • Unfavorite: Removes the selected template from your favorites.
    • Share: Share the selected template with other team members, who will have view, edit, and share permissions.
  • Hover over the middle part of the template card to Create Similar.
    • Create Similar: Personalize and quickly create a new final video based on the selected template.
  • Click “···” at the upper right of the card to Play Video.
    • Play Video: Preview the contents of the selected video template.

  • Click Batch Manage to handle multiple tasks requiring the same action at once.
  • Enter keywords in the top right corner of the "My Favorites" page to filter favorited final videos.
  • Click Clear Invalid Files below the search box to automatically remove expired or invalid files from the video templates.

4. Favorited Assets

  • Hover over the upper left corner of an asset card to Unfavorite or Share.
    • Unfavorite: Removes the selected asset from your favorites.
    • Share: Share the selected asset with other team members, who will have view, edit, and share permissions.

Ⅶ. Brand Kit

Note: Only team accounts have permission to view brand guidelines.

1. Definition:

The Brand Kit is a set of standardized rules created to ensure brand consistency across all videos. You can set up a Brand Kit from the Team Workspace, or upload/create one directly within the Brand Kit section. The Brand Kit is managed by the team administrator.

2. Contents:

  • Brand Logo: Upload or set the brand’s logo to ensure a consistent brand image across all videos.
  • Brand Font: Specify the exclusive font used by the brand to maintain consistency in all textual content.
  • Brand Template: Set unified video templates for the brand, available for team members when producing videos.
  • Brand Scene: Define commonly used scene layout standards for the brand. (Direct uploading is not supported yet.)
  • Brand Character: Standardized management of brand character images. (Direct uploading is not supported yet.)
  • Assets: Brand-related images, videos, animations, and other materials available for video production.
  • Music: Background music or sound effects designated by the brand, to be used in video production.
  • Subtitle Template: Set a unified brand subtitle format for text display in finished videos.
  • Intro: Standard intro style for brand videos, used at the beginning of all brand-related videos.
  • Outro: Standard outro style for brand videos, ensuring consistency at the end of every video.

2. Managing Brand Kit

Note: Only team administrators have permission to manage their team's brand guidelines.

Uploading and Managing Brand Kit Resources: You can click Brand Kit > the relevant section > Upload to add resources.

  • Local Upload: You can upload files stored on your local device and set them as items in the Brand Kit.
  • Set from Team Workspace: You can select resources from the Team Workspace and set them as items in the Brand Kit.

Ⅷ. FAQs

1. Where are my downloaded videos?

Go to My Workspace > "Video", then find and download your videos.

2. How can I find previously completed projects?

Go to Home > My Workspace > "Video" for your past projects.

3. How do I set a custom video thumbnail?

Home > My Workspace > "Video" > select the video > "..." > "Custom Thumbnail".

4. How can I restore accidentally deleted files?

Go to My Workspace > "Recycle Bin", click "..." on the file, then select "Restore". Note: Files are only kept for the retention period.

5. How do I reuse an old template to create a new video?

Go to My Workspace, find your video, "..." > "Save as new project and edit".

6. How Can Team Members Collaborate Efficiently?

When a team needs to collaborate on content creation, members can follow this workflow for seamless cooperation:

a. Preparing for Collaboration

After finishing a project in their personal space, the creator can initiate collaboration in either of the following ways:

b. Collaborative Editing Process

    • In Personal Space > Final Videos, click the (more) button in the upper-right corner of the project and select Copy to Team Space to move the entire project to the shared directory.
    • In Personal Space > Final Videos, click the (more) button and select Create as Video Template; then go to Personal Space > Video Templates, click (more) for the template, and choose Copy to Team Space to move it to the shared directory.

Team members who need to work on the project should:

    • Find the target project in the team’s shared space.
    • Click the (more) button in the upper-right corner for more options.
    • Select Copy to Personal Space to gain independent editing access.
    • Go to Personal Space > Projects to locate and edit their own copy of the project.
